Possibility to visit a bull farm with an extremely interesting talk about bull breeding and the world of bullfighting. Breeding bulls and selecting the best ones for the fight is a big science. Option 1: Natural monument in Unesco Caminito del Rey 8km - walk through the canyon on footbridges with a Czech-speaking guide. Caminito del Rey is a spectacular walk with a bit of adrenaline from start to finish. It leads through cliffs, canyons and a large valley. It crosses the landscape of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, continuing through a gorge carved out by the Guadalhorce River with walls 700 metres high. There is also a wide variety of flora and fauna to be seen throughout the area, and with a bit of luck you may see alpine birds, the Egyptian vulture, the griffon vulture or the golden eagle, while mammals include wild boar or the Iberian ibex.
Picnic lunch to take away (sandwich, drink, fruit).
Dinner El Cateto Chiringuito restaurant on the beach
Option 2: Day trip to Gibraltar, a British mini-state almost at the end of the world (Scenic drive, Europa point, St. Michaels cave, barbarian monkeys, views). The territory topped by a colossal rock, once inhabited by Neanderthals, fell into the hands of the British after complex historical vicissitudes. Today, they benefit from tourism here, as do the tailless primates, the symbol of the area (the tailless Magot). Gibraltar is often referred to as the gateway to the Mediterranean. It is easy to see what ships are entering these waters, as it is only 45 kilometres wide at its widest point.
Lunch: fish & chips, salad, dessert, 1 water, 1 beer
