Discover the mountain hotel FIS***, the biggest hotel-sports complex in the High Tatras, situated under majestic peaks at the altitude of 1,346 metres. It is the special locality that creates a real oasis for sportsmen who seek the best conditions for high-quality training but also people who long for flawless relaxation in the heart of Slovak grand mountains. Only a few metres from ski slopes, cross-country skiing tracks and tourist trails, there is a unique ski in & ski out hotel, which offers 60 rooms and 15 bungalows with a timeless atmosphere.

Our sunlit restaurant with a terrace is ideal to enjoy refreshing morning coffee. Home-made delicacies and a beautiful view will recharge your batteries and get you started for an adventurous day in the mountains. During the day, the restaurant offers buffet-style lunch and dinner. We will be happy to serve special meals adapted to individual training programmes of sports clubs.

| Arrival to Štrba, from where the bus will take you to the hotel, after accommodation and lunch there will be an introductory hike with a mountain guide around Štrbské Pleso with a lesson of the history and natural conditions. After dinner you may attend a lecture about the Tatra Mountains and the Mountain Rescue Service activity or enjoy free time. | |||

| After breakfast you will walk to the station Strbske pleso (about 20 min walk) and from there by train to Stary Smokovec - cable car to Hrebienok - easy hike to Rainerova chalet and Studenovodske waterfalls (1,5 - 2 hours there and back) - lunch at Hrebienok - cable car to Starý Smokovec - Tatranská Lomnica - Skalnaté Pleso - (from there you can take the cable car to Lomnický peak individually and according to weather) and back to Tatranská Lomnica and return by train to Štrbské Pleso. There is also the possibility to visit the viewpoint at the Rocky Ball in the former Encián Hotel with a visit of the gallery. Dinner, wellness, free entertainment. | |||

| After breakfast by train to Popradské pleso with a visit to the Symbolic Cemetery and then an easy hike to Popradské pleso (about 2 hours there and back) - lunch at the cottage Popradské pleso or at Majlátova cottage, after returning to the hotel free program. For the ones who want to try more challenging hike there a possibility to go at Rysy (10-12 am), Kôprovský Peak (7-8 am), or just a trip to Veľké Hincova Pleso (5-7 am). Free program in afternoon, relaxation in wellness. | |||

| After breakfast you will take cable car near hotel Solisko, get some refreshments and lesson from the guide about history and region. You can also go to Přední Solisko (about 2 hours round track) to the cable car or descend to Furkotská valley and return to Štrbské Pleso (about 2 hours). Return to the hotel, late lunch and departure. | |||
