1. Den: Příjezd do oblasti Cinque Terre a večer v La Spezii

Dopoledne:
Vlakem z La Spezie do Monterosso al Mare, největší vesnice oblasti Cinque Terre. Po příjezdu krátká procházka historickým centrem a podél pobřeží, s možností ochutnat místní speciality jako focaccia s ančovičkami nebo pestem.

Poledne:
Přejezd lodí (linkový trajekt) z Monterossa do Vernazza. Během plavby se otevírají krásné výhledy na barevné domky zasazené do skal a dramatické pobřeží.

Oběd:
Oběd ve Vernazze v restauraci Belforte (doporučena rezervace). Po obědě možnost krátké zastávky na gelato v Gelateria Vernazza, ideálně s příchutí inspirovanou Cinque Terre.

Odpoledne:
Pěší túra panoramatickou stezkou z Vernazzy do Corniglia (cca 1,5–2 hodiny). Středně náročná trasa vede podél útesů a nabízí jedny z nejkrásnějších výhledů v celém regionu.

Podvečer:
Sjezd vlakem z Corniglie zpět do La Spezie a návrat na ubytování.

2. Den: Manarola, Via dell’Amore a Riomaggiore

Dopoledne – Manarola:
Přejezd vlakem do Manarola. Dopolední program zahrnuje společný workshop nebo aperitiv v podniku Nessun Dorma, který je známý především díky výhledům na celou vesnici. Pro skupiny je možné absolvovat Pesto Experience – výrobu vlastního pesta tradičním způsobem a jeho následnou degustaci.

Oběd:
Rychlý oběd v podobě fritto misto (kornout s mořskými plody), typické pouliční jídlo oblasti.

Odpoledne – Via dell’Amore:
Procházka po slavné trase Via dell'Amore spojující Manarolu s Riomaggiore (cca 20–30 minut). Stezka je nenáročná, vedená podél skal nad mořem a nabízí velmi fotogenické výhledy. Pro vstup je obvykle nutná časová rezervace.

Pozdní odpoledne – Riomaggiore:
Prohlídka Riomaggiore, výstup ke kostelu San Giovanni Battista (Riomaggiore) s výhledem na město a následná procházka dolů k malému přístavu.

Večer:
Večeře v La Spezii v Amo Ristorante Cocktail Wine, moderní restauraci s kombinací kvalitní gastronomie a koktejlového baru.

3. Den: Portovenere a odjezd

Dopoledne – Portovenere:
Přejezd do Portovenere, často označovaného jako „šestá vesnice“ Cinque Terre. Návštěva zahrnuje procházku historickým centrem, přístavem a výstup k Church of St. Peter (San Pietro), ikonickému kostelu umístěnému na skalním výběžku s výhledem na moře.

Odpoledne:
